Cancellations:

Returns and Refunds
You can exchange the product within 2 days from the date of delivery only if you have the opening video of the product. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as it was delivered. The customer must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email, and the video must be submitted as proof. Only if the product is defective or damaged or wrong size delivered ,the customer can request a exchange. The exchange policy does not cover products that have been tampered with or modified in any way.
